With beef and chicken prices soaring ($3+ for chicken and $4+ for beef) we have become vegetarians. i have long run out of vegetarian recipes. As a new step-mom and new wife, i am at a loss at how to feed them with new ideas. when i was single it was easy, i drank smoothies and ate salads.. unfortunately that doesnt go over well for daily fare with them. Thank you for 50 new ideas to kick start a new delicious menu.

My home is a vegan household so all my cooking is vegan at hom and Iām so glad the variety of the recipes you included. So many times, people wonder what vegans/vegetarians eat and itās honestly all about substitutions, of animal cheese for a āplant basedā cheese (Daiya cheese is the best!!) and meat substitutions, so we still eat tacos and lasagna and pretty much any other omnivourous food that anybody else eats prepared in a different way. My 11 year old and I made kniches recently( much like samosas) and they were delicious. I made amazing vegan pumpkin pie minis at thanksgiving and my husband made so many other yummies. Itās just amazing what ppl can STill do in the kitchen with no meat. š My husband has a forum ā¦ it is called : lorddragolofvegan.info Anyone can sign up in the forum to see our yummy food pics and my husbands posts and reasonings behind becoming and staying vegan for over 10 years now. š
