With the PD, coordinate the faculty development program. Participate in the education and training of residents in areas of expertise. General oversight of scholarly and quality improvement projects of the residents. Participate in education research and demonstration projects within the Program as a role model and facilitator/mentor for other faculty and residents in scholarly work. Perform such other reasonable duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Program Director to support the directives for the Residency by the DIO, CMO, Hospital President, the Board of Directors and/or Community Board, as applicable, and the Chief of the Medical Staff.
